Brand Identity Design and WordPress website with support ticket system. United Legal Access is a social enterprise with a single, urgent brief: make legal help simple, fast and human. I partnered with them to turn a vital public service into a confident brand and a digital product people actually use — whether they’re on a commute, at lunch or logging on after work.

The challenge
People were blocked from getting legal advice by confusing systems, long waits and the need to take time off work. The organisation itself had no clear brand, no visual identity and no website to guide users. The result was missed opportunities, stress and a service that didn’t reach those who needed it most.
The approach
I started by creating a clear brand strategy and visual identity to build trust and reduce friction. From that foundation I designed a mobile-first, responsive website and a simple support-ticket system that works 24/7. Every design decision — typography, colour, micro copy and interaction — was chosen to make legal help feel approachable and reliable.
